4. Subscription Refunds

  • Monthly Subscriptions: Pro-rated refunds only if cancelled within the first 7 days of the billing cycle.

  • Annual Subscriptions: Eligible for a refund (minus the equivalent of one month’s fee) if cancelled within 30 days of initial purchase.

  2. Include your reason for the refund and any relevant screenshots or documentation.

  3. We’ll acknowledge your request within 2 business days and process it within 7–10 business days once approved.

6. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Services delivered in full and fully accessed (e.g. completed training modules).

  • Third-party services purchased via Dolarn.com

  • Fees incurred from failed or disputed chargebacks.

7. Partial or Denied Refunds

We may offer partial refunds based on usage (e.g. proportion of content accessed). Refunds may be denied if:

  • The request is made after the eligibility period.

  • There's no substantive reason provided.

  • There's evidence of account misuse.

8. Chargebacks

If a chargeback is filed before a refund request, your account may be suspended or terminated. Please contact us before filing a chargeback so we can resolve the issue.

We may update this policy occasionally. The effective date will be listed at the top; changes apply only to purchases made after that date.
