Dolarn.com (“we,” “our”) is dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase of our digital services or membership plans, we offer the following refund options:
To qualify for a refund:
Within 14 days of purchase.
You must provide a valid reason (e.g. technical issues, inability to access content, unmet expectations).
Your account must be in good standing with no violations of our Terms of Service.
Eligible items include:
One-time service fees (e.g. account upgrades)
Digital content or downloadable materials
Membership/subscription fees (see below for additional details)
Monthly Subscriptions: Pro-rated refunds only if cancelled within the first 7 days of the billing cycle.
Annual Subscriptions: Eligible for a refund (minus the equivalent of one month’s fee) if cancelled within 30 days of initial purchase.
Contact our support team at support@dolarn.com with your purchase details (order number, date, service).
Include your reason for the refund and any relevant screenshots or documentation.
We’ll acknowledge your request within 2 business days and process it within 7–10 business days once approved.
Refunds are not provided for:
Services delivered in full and fully accessed (e.g. completed training modules).
Third-party services purchased via Dolarn.com
Fees incurred from failed or disputed chargebacks.
We may offer partial refunds based on usage (e.g. proportion of content accessed). Refunds may be denied if:
The request is made after the eligibility period.
There's no substantive reason provided.
There's evidence of account misuse.
If a chargeback is filed before a refund request, your account may be suspended or terminated. Please contact us before filing a chargeback so we can resolve the issue.
We may update this policy occasionally. The effective date will be listed at the top; changes apply only to purchases made after that date.
